Aegis: INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION UNION
A fundamental role of ITU, following the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) and the 2010 ITU Plenipotentiary Conference, is to build confidence and security in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). At WSIS, Heads of States and world leaders entrusted ITU to be the Facilitator of Action Line C5, «Building confidence and security in the use of ICTs», in response to which ITU Secretary-General launched, in 2007, the Global Cybersecurity Agenda (GCA), as a framework for international cooperation in this area.
The Global Cyber Security Center (GCSEC)
The GCSEC is a newly established not-for-profit organization created to advance cyber security in Italy, the region, and around the world. The Center, funded by Poste Italiane and other member companies has a strong collaboration with Italian and International government institutions, private bodies, research institutions and international bodies. The mission is to develop and disseminate knowledge and awareness on Cyber Security, creating the conditions for improving capabilities, skills, cooperation and communication between the different stakeholders involved in the use and protection of internet.
THE FRANCHE COMTÉ REGIONAL ASSOCIATION OF THE IHEDN
The IHEDN (Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence) is a reason for being, transmitted in its regional declensions. Maintain and favor the link between the French nation and its army. The Regional Associations are thus the meeting place. Civil society, defense, each discovers and transmits the various facets of National Security. Its distribution towards society is made by its members, and through conferences.
The Summit of economic intelligence and the security / safety (IE2S) of Chamonix is a high-level meeting between between experts of the EI and of security/ safety in all domains of the economic life, and CEOs sensitive to these problems. The format is a three days select closed-doors workshop on several hot topics. Its location is anchored near the « summit » of Europe, the Mont Blanc.
The European Center of Research and Analysis on the Cyberthreats (CERAC)
The CERAC is a new research group established within the business law team of the UMR 7354 of the CNRS/Strasbourg Universit. It is partner of the Grasco, another important other research group; they both constitute a center of excellence on actions to counter organized crime.

The Chamber of Commerce is a public institution administered by business leaders elected for a five-year term. It represents the interests of all the business and industries of its region.
THE VALLÉE DE L’ENERGIE (“ENERGY VALLEY”)
The « Vallée de l’Énergie » is the first French Cluster of Power Energy Industries. The cluster is aimed to promote and develop and keep in France, innovative industries operating within the energysector. The “Energy Valley” cluster brings together CEOs and actors of the French energy sector.
THE ESTA – SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY
The High School of Technologies and Business, training managers in Engineering of Industrial Business, is active since 30 years in Belfort in and since 2015 in Lyon. Implanted on rich and dynamic economic and industrial territories, the School desires to be reactive to the needs of the employment market and of the companies, by dispensing to its students trainings allying business and technology.
